But that doesn't mean your fitness goals have to be put on pause until October. By making a few smart adjustments, you can continue to build strength and stamina safely and effectively all summer long.
1. Hydration is Non-Negotiable
We can't say it enough: hydration is your first line of defense against the heat. You lose more water through sweat in a humid climate, so you need to be extra diligent.
Pre-hydrate: Start drinking water hours before your planned activity.
