Zumba Dance Class

Pilates is a full body exercise that educates, realigns, and balances the body, which builds lean, flexible muscles. This class increases coordination and improves body alignment and posture while relieving stress and tension.

Yoga Class


Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. This class targets your entire torso, including back and core muscles. A strong core leads to strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury. This class is a wonderful complement to all group fitness classes at Athletica.

A step aerobics session consists of sets of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform. The movements are accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, upper body, core and cardiovascular system.

This class offers a wonderful cardiovascular workout. Enjoy good music and a great atmosphere while pedaling through hills, climbs, jumps, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome!
