FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I HAVEN’T HIT THE GYM IN YEARS. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE?

The first step to get motivated is to find a gym that makes you feel comfortable. We offer state of the art facilities, luxurious amenities and top of the line equipment to offer our members a great experience and keep them motivated to keep coming. We offer virtual training and live classes for all levels.

HOW DO I CHANGE / SUSPEND OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Memberships can be suspended for a cost of $10 per month. This allows you to lock in your monthly rate and avoid paying another initiation fee. We do offer a no cost snow bird freeze, but proof of a secondary address out of state is required.

Changes, suspensions or cancellations must be done in person by filling out our form, or obtaining one of the forms below and emailing the completed form to sales@athleticahf.com.

WHAT OTHER FEES DO YOU CHARGE?

We have three fees:

  1. Initiation Fee. It is a one time charge when you join.

  2. Monthly Fee. This is your recurring monthly charge based on the membership type you choose.

  3. Annual Fee. It is an annual charge billed 2 months after sign up and each year thereafter. It is for equipment upkeep, facility maintenance and periodic upgrades.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

All members have unlimited access to the facilities, group exercise classes, child care, sauna, steam room, pool, spa, hydro massage, functional training, virtual training, FIT 3D Scanner.

All perks with no extra fees + 24-hour access.
